Than you to eveyrone for joining us for CASL's23rd Annual Dinner Gala at the Hilton Chicago on May 2, 2012! The event was a success and featured a gourmet meal prepared by Chef Jackie Shen and a Keynote Speech by Tina Tchen, Chief of Staff to the First Lady Michelle Obama. Guests also enjoyed passed hors d’oeurves created by CASL’s award-winning Chef Training Program, a silent auction, raffle,  traditional Chinese Lion Dance, as well as performances by CASL’s clients. About Us

A grass-roots hub within the heart of Chinatown, the Chinese American Service League has nurtured families and individuals of all ages and backgrounds for more than 30 years. We provide child services, elder services, employment training services, and family counseling, and housing and financial education to all who walk through our doors, offering vital physical, economic, mental, and social support to some 17,000 clients each year.

Our resources enable the Chinese American Service League clients to thrive and — in turn — make valuable contributions to the greater Chicago community. In the words of one of those clients, “We had nothing but our dreams. The Chinese American Service League helped us realize them.”
