LaTonya Lumpkin is CASL’s Vice President of Community Impact, expanding research, public policy, government relations, quality assurance and community engagement efforts.

LaTonya joins CASL with more than ten years of progressively responsible roles reducing disparities of access and quality through public policy, diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives, compliance monitoring, and outreach/advocacy at City of Chicago, State of Illinois, and non-profit entities.

LaTonya earned both Master of Public Administration and Bachelor of Arts degrees in Public Administration from Drake University, project management certificate from Loyola University of Chicago, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion certification from University of South Florida. She is a lifelong Chicagoan who collects Chicago memorabilia.
