Denise Lam is the Executive Director of Sales & Operations Enablement of JLL. In her role, she oversees solutions development in business pursuits and the day-to-day operations within global operations/transactions. She oversees rollout of new products globally and across the enterprise.
Denise has a B.A. in Psychology from Brigham Young University in Hawai’i and a master’s degree in Human Services, with an emphasis in Organizational Development, from Springfield College in Massachusetts. She is a Fellow of Leadership Greater Chicago. Denise also serves on the board of Instituto del Progreso Latino and Leadership Greater Chicago Fellow Board.
Denise was born in Hong Kong and currently lives in the northern suburbs of Chicago. She enjoys tennis and spending quality time with her son, Kylin.
