Ashlie Lim is CASL’s Chief of Staff. She has been part of CASL’s mission to catalyze the transformation of individuals, families, and the community for an equitable future since 2023. Ashlie has a decade of experience working with executive teams and boards as a strategic bridge to grow successful organizations, drawing from an eclectic background spanning technology startups, financial services, and manufacturing. She has a successful track record of working cross-functionally across finance, legal, marketing, and HR functions to create organizational value for both internal and external stakeholders.

Prior to CASL, Ashlie was the Chief of Staff for Concept Labs and various early-stage startups. She was accountable for overseeing the financial and operational verticals within these organizations and partnered with the executive team on fundraising and corporate development. Ashlie also worked proactively to drive business transformations through challenging economic and funding cycles.

Ashlie holds a M.Sc. in Finance from the University of Southern California and a B.A. in Economics from the University of Virginia.
