Karina Kidder is CASL’s Senior Vice President of Program Strategy and joined the team in February of 2024. Karina has over 20 years of experience in the non-profit sector leading and motivating teams working toward creating social change. Karina is deeply committed to equitable education opportunities, social justice, and service to help change lives and communities.
Over her career, Karina has built expertise across the many facets of non-profit business management, from program development and implementation to operations management in local and national non-profit settings. Karina has a proven track record of successfully managing internal and external relationships and building strong accountability measures for organizational success.
Karina earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from Occidental College in Los Angeles, California, and an MBA with a focus on Finance from The Ohio University College of Business. Karina lives in Chicago with her husband and their preschooler, Charlotte, and enjoys gardening during the weather permitting months in the Midwest.
