Charity Espiritu is CASL’s Director of Stakeholder Engagement. She has been a part of CASL’s mission to catalyze the transformation of individuals and families for an equitable future since 2024. Charity has nearly fifteen years of experience unlocking resources for social impact initiatives and expanding the reach of philanthropic and nonprofit organizations. She collaborates with various stakeholders to make a meaningful difference in communities and amplifies CASL’s inclusive and innovative practices at the national level.

Prior to CASL, Charity was a Senior Program Officer at The Asia Foundation where she cultivated global partnerships to advance sustainable economic development. She also served as the first Deputy Director at The Asian American Foundation where she channeled grants and capacity strengthening support to 50+ AANHPI organizations across the US to combat hate crimes. She also led a period of rapid growth as a senior leader at a startup company in Silicon Valley.

Charity has a Master in Public Affairs degree from Princeton University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley. In her spare time, she loves to travel the world with her family.
