Adriana Padilla joined CASL’s Clinical Service Team in 2024 as the Associate Director of Behavioral Health. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Florida State University. Adriana began her clinical focus in 2012 working with individuals and groups experiencing substance use, trauma, anxiety, depression, food/house insecurities, while providing both trauma informed care and a strength-based approach. Other knowledgeable areas include crisis intervention, conflict management, and developing executive functioning skills specific to young adult/adults across different settings.

Adriana’s current role as Associate Director of Behavioral Health involves overseeing both the Behavior Health Program and the Alzheimer’s Program. Supervising clinicians, fostering a learning environment for interns, monitoring programmatic grants to support the overall stability and development for current and future programs. She is committed to serving the community and finding educational training to further develop the team, ensuring services are current and applicable to the need of the community supported through CASL.
