Ann Yeung is the Chief Technology Officer of Northwestern Mutual’s Investment Product Services. She is also the Vice President of Engineering for Field Technology, where she currently heads technology teams in imagining and building the next generation digital solutions to enable 7,400+ financial advisors and help create financial security for Americans.
Ann is a senior technology executive and business strategist with decades of experience in various industries. She is adept in implementing solutions aligned with technology and business growth strategies enabling digital and mobile presence at scale. She is on the NextGen Advisory Taskforce of The American College of Financial Services. She is also Director of Women Who Code Chicago Network and has passion for advocating and elevating women technologists while leading the conversation on plugging the leaky pipeline for girls in STEM.
Ann holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She was named one of Crain’s 40 under 40, InvestmentNews’ 40 under 40, and included on Crain’s Tech 50 list in 2018. She received the ApplaudHer Senior Leadership Award in 2017 from Women Who Code and was profiled in Crain’s Chicago Business.
