Zhaoxia (Demy) Liu joined CASL’s Behavioral Health Clinical Service program in 2023 as a Behavioral Health Case Manager. She is a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Illinois with a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Certificate of Trauma program from Wheaton College. Zhaoxia started her mental health service journey in 2018 with experience working with clients across lifespans at different settings.

Zhaoxia provides evidence-based and trauma informed mental health services and coordinates clients’ health care services according to their bio-psycho-social-spiritual needs. Zhaoxia also helps to link clients with appropriate social resources and advocate for mental health in our community.
