Jason Hutton is CASL’s Vice President of Human Resources. He is a HR professional with 18 years in the HR profession and 12 years leading high performing HR teams. He has a proven track record in talent acquisition, benefits, compensation, and organizational design most notably for non-profit organizations. Jason’s expertise extends to employee relations and performance management, where he has consistently implemented strategies that align with organizational goals.

When Jason isn’t working he is spending time with his wife, Careese, of 14 years and their children, son Jaxson (13) and daughter Harper (10) and supporting their various activities. He also enjoys sports, traveling, motorcycling, and BBQing.
