Joseph Agosto is CASL’s Human Resource Business Partner. He has been part of CASL’s mission to catalyze the transformation of individuals, families and the community for an equitable future since 2022. Joseph has over seven years in the Human Resource field, working his way up in the field through various lateral moves from Generalist, to Specialist to Human Resources Director for a national home care agency and now serving as Human Resource Business Partner with CASL.

Joseph has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with a minor in Human Resource Management from DePaul University. He has ties to various committees and groups across the city, including the Greater River North Business Networking Association and serves the community every Thanksgiving and Christmas by allying himself with a group of friends who have contributed hundreds of Turkeys and Gifts, since forming their partnership in 2020.

In his spare time, you can find Joseph reading a book or listening to podcasts or audiobooks that will further develop his mindset and skill set to continue to stay on the cutting edge within the Human Resource field and in life. Additionally, Joseph enjoys martial arts, working out, meditation, networking, staying up-to-date with the latest science, consciousness, technology findings and all things personal growth.
