Mattie Bryant, MPA, MBA is CASL’s Director of Senior Services. She has been part of CASL’s mission to catalyze the transformation of individuals, families and the community for an equitable future since 2023. Mattie is experienced in providing strategic and tactical program support to nonprofits, especially ones focused on empowering families to make positive changes in their lives so communities can be transformed.

Prior to her role at CASL, she has served in leadership positions at Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Chicago, YWCA of Metropolitan Chicago, Betty Shabazz International Charter Schools, and Family Focus.

Mattie holds a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, and master’s degrees in public administration and business administration from Keller Graduate School of Management.
