Rachael Wright is CASL’s Associate Vice President of Program Services. She has been part of CASL’s mission to catalyze the transformation of individuals, families and the community for an equitable future since 2022. She oversees the management of all program areas, which includes program development, delivery and evaluation as well as grant writing, budget setting, and external relationship management.
With almost 30 years of professional experience in both for-profit and non-profit, Rachael is well-equipped for this position, with an extensive background in program administration, finance, strategic planning and fundraising. The strengthening of families (food security, economic security), children and youth wellbeing (sound education, healthy environments) and adult employability (continuing education, job/career training) have been passions throughout Rachael’s career and volunteer experiences.
Rachael has a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Pittsburgh and an MBA from Pennsylvania State University. She is also a graduate of multiple executive leadership programs. She also sits on the boards of Meals on Wheels of Northwest Indiana, Aspire Charter Academy and Indiana Parenting Institute.
Rachael lives in Highland, Indiana, where she enjoys cooking, baking, reading, the lively arts, and spending time with family and friends.
